P-YES Requirements
The following requirements are needed from P-YES applicants.
- Both literate an non-literate are qualified to apply. Once you can read and write and even though you can’t read and write, so long as you are teachable, you are qualified.
- No level of education is the target though graduates are encouraged to apply.
- You must be a Nigerian male or female and must be between 18 and 40 years old.
- Must have valid identification means; i.e, either; National Identity card, International Passport, Permanent Voters Card- PVC.
- You must make provision of a Second Level Beneficiary (SLB) in order to qualify to benefit from the scheme.
- Communication in English or any local Nigerian language is paramount
- Must be of upright character and stable mind and body
- Must be referred and guaranteed by either a religious leader or a community leader
- Must be endorsed by the local government official
- Ability to transfer knowledge to others within the community
- Applicants Must Complete a guarantor’s form

- Enter your valid phone number and e-mail address. Once inputted, you can begin registration
- You are to confirm the confirmation code you received either via phone or e-mail
