WHAT DOES SENATE LIST MEAN?
Senate list is also known as Academics Board Approved Mobilization List for. This list is a list approved by the Senate of Corps Producing Institutions (CPIs) to engage in the National Youth Service Corps program designed by the federal government to last for a period of one year. This list is made for graduates of Nigeria universities. Persons whose names are not found in the senate list are not qualified to register or apply for the program.

The list is prepared by the various institutions in Nigerian and submitted to NYSC. However, the submitted list is displayed by NYSC on her portal for easy access.

1. Visit NYSC Senate/ Academic Board List portal at http://portal.nysc.org.ng/mysc2/verifySenateLists.aspx
2. Choose and Click on your university.
3. Fill in your matriculation number and your surname in the necessary space.
4. insert your date of birth.
5. Click on the “search” button to view the mobilization status.
