NCDC Recruitment 2020
The NCDC means the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control was created with the objective of regulating the outbreak of diseases in Nigeria with aim of ensuring sustainability of quality health care system. The agency is poised with protecting the lives and health of the populace.
This agency was created in 2011 when different departments in the ministry of health were combined to form the agency. The different departments were; Epidemiology Division, the Avian Influenza Project and its laboratories; and the Nigeria Field Epidemiology and Laboratory Training Programme (NFELTP).
The NCDC is the sole national health institute of the country with aim of leading preparedness, detection and prompt responses to outbreak of infectious diseases in the country.
Obviously, this agency will not function without employing human labour. This is paramount and the base for recruitment. Thus, the main reason for the NCDC recruitment is to provide more jobs for Nigerian youths. This opportunity is available for both graduates and undergraduates.

General Qualifications and Requirements
If you are an applicant, you must meet the following conditions to apply for the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control recruitment exercise;
- Must possess B.Sc, HND, NCE, OND in any discipline from a recognized institution
- West African School Certificate (WASC) or Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC) with Credits in not less than three (3) subjects including English and at least passes in two (2) other subjects; or
- National Examination Council (NECO)/General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level with passes in four (4) subjects obtained at one sitting or five (5) subjects obtained at two sittings including the English Language.)
- National Diploma (ND) obtained from a recognized institution. National Certificate of Education (NCE) from a recognized institution; or
- General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) in two (2) subjects obtained at one sitting or three (3) subjects obtained at two sittings.
