JAMB REGISTRATION 2022/2023-  How to Register For JAMB 2022/2023

The prestigious Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has stated its willingness to commence registration for the 2022/2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) soon.

The news filtered in on Wednesday when the Chairman of the board announced the new date during the retirement ceremony of some of its staff.

He stated this in Abuja saying that the new registration fee is N3,500 as being approved by the Federal Government.

Dr. Emmanuel Ndukwe stated that the reduction in the price of registration is an aftermath of the recommendations made by the board management to Federal Government.

In line with the Federal Government’s approval of our recommendations to reduce JAMB registration price, I hereby inform you all that the price is now N3,500 instead of N5,000.

Sequel to the fact that the reduction was approved for next next year, we hereby inform everyone that the registration will commence by January.

This is because if we continue to sell now, we will be mandated to sell at the cost of N5,000.

Our basic aim is not to make money, rather we try to encourage our people to go to school, by so doing, making our registration among the cheapest in the world.

He further stated that so far, JAMB is expected to offer admission to over 470,000 Nigerians in the ongoing 2022/2023 academic session.

He also added that JAMB will continue to improve in standard as the board hopes to fully implement the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

CAPS system will guarantee that if any child is qualified, that child is automatically admitted depending on course of study.

The era of getting admission by influence of who you know will be over soonest as CAPS will come into full operation from 2022.

At the moment, do not pay anyone for JAMB REGISTRATION. Hold on, we will be updating you on the latest about JAMB and admissions.
