DELISTED JAMB CENTRES – Delisted jamb centres have been identified by the Joint Admission and matriculation Board.

DELISTED CENTRES- STATES AND INSTITUTIONS.
The delisted centres includes the following:
1. Federal Capital Territory Abuja- Government Secondary School Tundun Wada, Area 10, Garki Abuja and GEF systems ltd, public service institute of Nigeria, (PSIN) dutse junction, kubwa expressway, FCT, Abuja.
2. KADUNA State- the centres in this state include the following; Skolak resources limited BZ3 Sarduana Cresent off junction road, Kaduna kaduna state, zabib college no 11 Umar abdulahi Tsauri road unguwar dosa, kaduna state, saint Albert institute, fadan kagoma, kafanchan, kaduna state and bethel Baptist high school, 6 kachia road, marmara damishi, kujama, kaduna state.
3. Lagos State- centres delisted in Lagos State include al- miyzan schools cbt centre, al-miyzan close, Adams estate, ikotun, Lagos State, institute of criminal justice and criminology administration, 7th Ave, opposite K Close, alakiga B/STOP festac town Lagos State, sweet valley educational services, Mike anison close, off ayine street, 2nd junction, governor’s road, ikotun, Lagos State, Massimo computer CBT, 35 assembly Hall road, by limca B/STOP, ITOGA BADAGRY, Lagos State, IP soft technologies LTD, 36 Mobil road beside Ashanti barracks, apapa, Lagos State and certified institution of shipping, CISN B/STOP near Magbon Badagry Lagos.
4. Nasarawa state- aunty Alice schools, aunty Alice school road mararaba Kara local government area, nasarawa state.
5. Osun state- oduduwa University opposite ife- ibadan expressway roundabout, ipetumodu, osun state.
6. Oyo state- federal college of education (e-library), centre 1, oyo, Oyo state.
7. Plateau state- at. Augustine’s academy Solomon lar way, before Saturday market junction, langtang, plateau state.
8. Ondo state- the centres in this state include federal polytechnic, along ondo-ipetu ijesha road, ile-oluji, ondo state and king Emmanuel college ICT centre, 34-40 king Emmanuel street, showboy road, ore, ondo State.
9. Imo state- oru east CBT centre(FOE ICT) oru east local government headquarters omuma, imo state.
10. Edo state- Kings polytechnic, ubuaja, Edo state, givitec CBT centre, 192 murtala Mohammed way, by ekiosa market, Benin city, edo state, oseni elamah ICT institute, 39 poly road, auchi Edo state.
11. Delta State: izisco obos institute of maritime studies and technology, 2 igbesivwe street, off okere- ugborikoko road, warri Delta State.
12. Benue state- Harry pass polytechnic CBT centre, off gboko ameladu road, along ortese market after CDM academy, gboko, benue state.

HOW MANY CENTRES WERE DELISTED?
The early report stated that 25 centres were delisted by JAMB. However, the head of the public affairs and protocol unit, Mr Fabian Benjamin, has recently made a correctional eto the effect that it was in fact 24 that centres that were delisted and not 25 as were stated earlier.
Mr. Benjamin in an apologitic tone expressed with PREMIUM TIMES, that the body regrets including the Plateau state University centres located at Bokkos. He stated thus;

“Correction with apology. The centres are actually 24 and not 25. The inclusion of Plateau State University, Bokkos, is regrettable”

WHAT SHOULD AFFECTED CANDIDATES DO?

The joint admission and matriculation board has admonised affected candidates to generate a fresh notification paper. The new slip has been supplied on the website of the examination body. This statement was given by JAMB and further signed by Mr. Fabian Benjamin who is recognized as the head of it’s public affairs and protocol unit.

The date given for the candidates to commence the generation of the slip is on the 20th of June, 2021 for their date and time. And it was stated that this instruction only applies to those centres that were delisted by JAMB.

WHY DID JAMB DELIST SOME CENTRES?

JAMB delisted some centers because those centres did not measure up to JAMB standard for writing examination. According to JAMB, the centres were delisted owing their low performance weighing benight the body of examination’s “tolerable limit”.
