Croatian Scholarships is now accepting application for young Christians from developing countries for 2023-2024 academic year. The Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia and the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs have announced fully funded undergraduate and graduate scholarships for the year 2023/2024. Christian applicants from developing countries can apply for this scholarship. The objective of the program is to support vulnerable religious groups to participate in the development, building capacities, and strengthening resilience in their local communities after completing the program. Therefore, qualified and eligible individuals are recommended to apply and benefit from this opportunity.

Benefits of the Croatian Scholarships for Young Christians
The award recipient will have the opportunity to gain the following benefits:
- An allowance of 1.600 Kuna every month for their living costs;
- Round trip airfare;
- Basic health insurance;
- One-year support on Croatian language training;
- Accommodation will be provided.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligibilities of the Croatian Scholarship are as following:
- You must be a national from any developing countries in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa;
- The applicant must hold a school degree or university degree;
Required Documents
- The applicant is required to submit a recommendation letter describing her/his first choice of study (minimum 250 words);
- Attach a medical certificate;
- The applicant’s CV in Europa’s format;
- The applicant’s higher degree certificate (school or university);
- The academic record of the applicants;
- A recommendation letter from a local parish or church community;

Further Requirements
- The applicant should obtain the visa and arrive in Croatia earlier than the date planned by the host university;
- If the award recipient is not able to enroll in the duration of a month after the start of the academic year will not be included from the scholarship program;
- Based on the host institution’s request, the applicant is required to do a medical check up at the time of enrollment;
- The scholarship awardee will need to send an email accompanied by a signed acceptance letter of the award within a month which proves the student is committed to traveling in the host country;
