For E-pin Option: Enter your Admission Pin you bought from hank and click on on “proceed’ to fill and complete admission Form.
For E-payment option: click on proceed, fill the admission form and make payments online using ATM Card or 10 digit account Number.
Candidates are expected to print out an acknowledgement/identification card to be presented on the day of the doorway examination.

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION DATE
The entrance examination holds on Friday June 18th 2021 at the school of Health Technology. Ofuoma premises at 7:30am prompt.
The following are the things to return with:
- Original and photocopy of credentials
- SSCE, NECO OR WAEC
- government of origin
- Birth certificate or age declaration
- Two (2) recent passport photograph
- Affidavit of change of name
- a replica of the web registration print out
- Letter of attestation
- Writing materials
- No calculator or handset is allowed into the exam hall.
